Join our fitness weekend to relax and find yourself.

Wake up to fun, energizing, and yet relaxing fitness classes. Take time for a memorable milk whey bath on the typical Swiss countryside on top of Mount Rigi, enjoy swiss food, and a visit to a cheese seller after an energising hike.

By the end of this break, you will be regenerated, have a deeper understanding and appreciation of the mountains, have learned how to strengthen your practice, and make a few friends along the way!

This retreat will be focused on daily morning fitness practices. Together with your yoga personal trainer you will explore different approaches to fitness to help ignite your inner strength, find your balance, and focus on where and how you are now. Outside of the practice, you will have time to explore what the magical of Switzerland is all about.

Meeting point and start time
Arth Goldau train station at 15:30/3:30 pm of the Friday (arrival day)
Compulsory equipment

- Comfortable hiking/tennis shoes
- Small backpack for personal use
- Refillable water bottle

The tour runs with a minimum of 4 partecipants and a maximum of 10 people.

We recommend to have a backpack instead of a trolley luggage due to the route to the hotel (15 minutes walk on a mountain road).

In case there is not enough space in the hay dormitory, you will be moved to a regular dormitory room.

For hygienic reasons, everyone should bring his/her own yoga mat.
